Xpert’s LLC, is a corporation founded under the laws of Puerto Rico, on December 30, 1986,
with the purpose of providing general contracting services. It is a minority owned small business as defined by SBA, with home office in Puerto Rico. Since established in 1986, Xpert’s LLC has been at the forefront of the construction industry in Puerto Rico with a well-known reputation of delivering projects, regardless of difficulty or complexity, ahead of schedule and below budget.
During the last 34 years Xpert’s LLC has performed in the following areas: Disaster Recovery, Interior Remodeling, Construction and Demolition, Installation and Maintenance of A/C, Janitorial, Pest Control, Highway and Road Maintenance and Facility Maintenance.
The list of satisfied customers includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico Telephone Company, US Army Corps of Engineers, US Navy, and numerous other public agencies and private entities in Puerto Rico and outside. Over the last 34 years, Xpert’s LLC has kept up with new market trends without affecting its tradition of excellence in providing its services.
